RFHIC aims to offer cost-effective, GaN HEMT amplifier solutions to the market, and Cree GaN-on-SiC HEMT is the clear winner for our product plans," commented Dr. Samuel Cho, RFHIC's chief technology officer.

The 25° beam LED bulb runs on a voltage ranging from 85 to 260 VAC and can be used anywhere in the world. Other voltages like 12 VAC or VDC are optionally available for qualified customers. The rugged lamp is a direct screw-in replacement for 50- to 75-W PAR30 incandescent or halogen bulbs, but typically has a maximum power draw of only 8.5 W. It provides up to 85% energy savings, high shock/vibration resistance, and long-lived, high-power white LEDs with lifetimes of up to 50,000 continuous hours. The led high bay light is available in 3000-K warm white color temperature, provides about 40 lm/W at 141 mA and has a high color-rendering index of 83.
